The middle of August brings a compact but varied release schedule, with seven games arriving between August 11 and 13 across PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and mobile devices.
August 11
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered reaches Nintendo Switch 2 on August 11. Bethesda’s updated version of the 2006 role-playing game combines rebuilt visuals with refined play while retaining the open-ended journey through Cyrodiil and the planes of Oblivion.
PC players can also enter early access for Echoes of Mystralia. The roguelite action RPG casts players as Mazarim, a Watcher who explores a world shaped by damaged memories. Its central system allows players to build spells and adjust tactics while confronting the Shadows of the Past.
Grounded 2 comes to PlayStation 5 the same day. The survival adventure again shrinks its characters to insect size, but expands the setting beyond a backyard into larger human-made areas reclaimed by nature. Players can travel with combat-capable buggies, search for hidden secrets and face oversized dangers.
August 12
Agefield High: Rock the School launches for PC on August 12. Set in the early 2000s, the coming-of-age adventure follows new student Sam as he joins Kale and Axel in a plan to leave their mark on school. A class timetable shapes the weekdays, while the story focuses on friendship, romance and rebellion.
August 13
The final group begins with Pro Jank Footy, an exaggerated arcade take on Australian rules football. Every goal lets the opponent choose a power-up that can alter the teams or rewrite the rules. Options include removing umpires, multiplying players and even turning everyone into footballs. The game supports local and online multiplayer plus a single-player season on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch and Switch 2.
Puzzle fans get Servant of the Lake on PC, iOS and Android. Set in the Vanderboom house, it mixes ordinary housekeeping with stranger duties tied to the family’s alchemical experiments.
Finally, Duskfade arrives on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Switch 2. The action platformer follows Zirian as he tries to rescue his sister and repair the fabric of time, combining jumps, dashes, grappling and gliding with fast combat.
Together, the seven releases offer remastered fantasy, survival, spellcraft, school comedy, arcade sport, puzzles and classic-style platforming in a three-day window.
