During the Xbox Games Showcase at the Summer Game Fest, a plethora of new trailers and games were unveiled, often accompanied by the familiar Xbox Game Pass jingle. Microsoft has secured several exciting titles, independent of its in-house lineup. To give you an idea of what you can look forward to as a subscriber to the paid service this year and next, here is a rundown of the games confirmed for Xbox Game Pass. Keep in mind, this is not a final list. Over time, additional games are likely to be added.
Confirmed Xbox Game Pass Games for 2024 and Beyond
All games under the Xbox Game Pass label will continue to be available on the subscription service from day one. Here are the titles confirmed for Xbox Game Pass in 2024:

For 2025 and beyond, Microsoft has secured several more titles through contracts:

In total, 18 games have been confirmed for the near, mid, and long-term future. This indicates that Xbox Game Pass will remain a central focus of Microsoft’s gaming division. Although the former PC and Xbox exclusivity of Microsoft’s studios is no longer set in stone, some games like Doom: The Dark Ages are confirmed to release simultaneously on PlayStation 5 and other versions. Whether this will apply to more classic Xbox franchises remains to be seen. However, it is clear that following the Xbox Games Showcase, several exciting announcements from Microsoft are expected in the future.
